Editorial style maternity Photoshoot in Essex

A maternity session can be whatever you want it to be, this time is all about you! In my studio, in the cocoon of your own home, at a favourite location or even a bit of all three if that's what you love! The studio will always be a warm neutral space that ensures you are the focus. My vision always remains modern yet timeless so that your photographs are ones you will want to hang on your walls forever and dreamily get lost in every time you walk past them!

This beautiful mother to be wanted some relaxed images with her love and their dogs and when she shared her outfit ideas I knew a nod to the editorial vibe would work perfectly. We chatted about the possibility of having a session outside but with the temperamental December weather (and plummeting temperatures) we decided a split session with a few images taken outside towards the end of the session at the conservation area down the road from the studio was the perfect option. Luckily for us the weather behaved and was slightly overcast (a photographer's dream!) which allowed for some beautiful light. Having photographs of yourself during this vulnerable time doesn't have to be scary, I'm here to hold your hand and guide you throughout into creating beautiful moments.
